Why is it important?

Conducting team research in organizations can be complicated, time consuming, challenging to execute operationally, and costly. This new technique offers an alternate approach which can be less challenging to execute and therefore less time consuming and less costly...which may lead to more and better research about teams.

Perspectives

This innovation is the result of my experience working with organizations who were interested in participating in team research projects but had limited capacity to execute the organizational aspects of the research. Via collaborative problem-solving we were able to develop this pragmatic and useful approach.
