What is it about?
Home remedies are natural foods and spices, vegetables, botanicals (plants that possess healing properties), and other common home products or chemicals that can prevent or treat certain minor ailments, illnesses, and undesirable conditions. Common culinary foods and spices, such as onions, garlic, ginger, and mint, are often used as home remedies. Other home remedies come from complex preparations of natural herbal formulas that come in various forms including teas, capsules, syrups, pills, creams, or gels. Aside from their healing properties, these common herbs offer a rich source of vitamins and minerals as well. Ingredients used in home remedies are easily available at home or from local markets or home gardens and are relatively cheap.
