Perspectives
Majority of the old age patients has one or other abnormal tests results in the routinely done preoperative tests. However, they have very minimal impact in terms of managing the patient but causes significant amount of delay, unnecessary re-testing, economic burden etc. We should introspect in to the matter as health care delivery is becoming unaffordable day by day
