What is it about?
Authors evaluated a therapeutic approach for metastatic colorectal cancer though pharmacological modulation of the Hedgehog pathway activity. The effect was evaluated in a mouse model that allows for the analysis of the progression and for mapping metastatic tumor cell dissemination by bioluminescence imaging.
