What is it about?
There are a lot of studies that talk about associations and relation of nutrition with severity and problems related to Liver transplantation. But, very less work is done on how nutrition intervention is given before and after the liver transplantation. This case report present the much needed information on the nutritional profile of a patient.

We present the nutrition assessment, intake, Quality of Life, performance status and nutritional monitoring at all the phases of Liver Transplantation (before and immediately after transplant and chronic post transplant phase).
Perspectives
very studies have focused to make a profile of liver transplant patient taking nutrition at the center. nutrition is one of biggest factor for successful surgery and quality of life of patient. hence, this work portrays the crucial areas for nutrition intervention in liver transplant patients
