What is it about?

Benign lichennoid keratosis is a dermatological condition that is often confused with cutaneous neoplasms. It is seen commonly over sunexposed areas in fair-skinned individuals. We report a case of BLK, as a clinical suspicion of this lesion is necessary in dermatological practice.

Why is it important?

The diagnosis of benign lichennoid keratosis is made by clinical, dermatoscopy and dermatopathological findings. An awareness of such presentation of dermatological lesions is necessary.
