Why is it important?

It is important to adopt the means of comparative dental analysis in victim identifications, as it was proven reliable, accurate, and less time consuming. This article discussed about few disasters took place in India. And also highlighted the reasons why Indian authorities are not utilizing the services of forensic dentists. Also discussed about necessary measures that need to be taken for successful application of this expertise

Perspectives

Forensic dental identification is considered to be one of the prime means of victim identification in western countries. And the adaption of this method produced successful results in the past. I, strongly recommend the application of this method of identification in Indian context.
