Epidermoid tumors have characteristic radiological findings whuch help in preoperative diagnoisis.we have presented a very radiological finding of epidermoid tumor which can be mistaken for other conditions

This presentation may be mistaken for intracerebral haematoma, other vascular malformations which have bled and other tumors with bleed.
Perspectives
very few such cases have been reported and we add one more case report with a completely different presentation.
