What is it about?
Basically the concept struck me when I read the law. It is very well drafted but it has poor implementation in India. So just saying that it is not implemented, we came up with idea to conduct an observational study to check whether it is implemented in Bengaluru.

Why is it important?
the SLOT analysis if the law has also been done and it gives an idea as ti how far the law is implemented and what need to be done for its better implementation.
Perspectives
It was a wonderful learning experience when I was collecting the data. I did visit the public offices and many schools and colleges and got varied responses from the authorities there. Also in some places people were not aware of the law, it is very depressing.
