Maximum esthetic outcome in minimum appointments. Root fractures are mainly referred to extraction, but in 21st century with advances in adhesive dental materials like posts, resin cements, maximum tooth structure can be salvaged and preserved. Thus natural tooth can be saved with patient satifaction.
