What is it about?
As a rule, clinical presentation of cauda equina ependymoma is common. The weakness and numbness of low extremities and urinary dysturbance point to various tumors of this region. Our case shows that cauda equina tumors may have a signs of brain or spinal cord tumors.

Our case study shows, that examination of cauda equina region only is insufficient. The examination shold involve whole central nervous system.

In my opinion, this publication shows the difficulties in diagnosis of cauda equina tumors. According to pointed above, the presentation may be interesting for physicians
