What is it about?

Dengue fever causing bleeds in the brain are often deadly. When faced with these cases, physicians and surgeons usually do not know the best way to handle the problem. There is very little evidence to the best approach to these cases. Since this is the case, a better strategy would be to detect or prevent dengue intracranial bleeds from happening in the first place. What are the weapons we have today against this fatal foe?
