Why is it important?

Rehabilitation of the aggressive periodontitis patients is really difficult. In the present case patient suffering from aggressive periodontitis was treated surgically followed by placement of the dental implants for the replacement of missing teeth.

Perspectives

Replacement of the missing teeth in the Patient of aggressive periodontitis is a really challenging job because available teeth may not serve as healthy abutments for the fixed prosthesis. In the present case rehabilitation of the missing teeth was done with the help of the dental implants. After 2year follow up visit Patient was symptom free with successful integrated dental implants.
