A case of a 14 year old boy who has a heart attack after smoking synthetic cannabis... not the first and unlikely to be the last unfortunately.

This case adds to the growing literature of harmful effects of synthetic cannabinoid products. Myocardial infarction is a real concern in adolescents who smoke illicit drugs.
