Because it's about surgical education. Better investments are done in surgical education and training more than in building up few selected referral centers.
Perspectives
It is a tool for teaching laparoscopic right colectomy to fellows and residents who are not familiar with laparoscopy. It is also a tool for surgeons who don't work in referral centers for colorectal surgery and want to increase their use of laparoscopy for right colectomy.
