What is it about?
Equating bone-only metastatic (BM) prostate cancer with BM breast cancer leads to lower outcomes in prostate cancer as this stage is potentially lethal. Chemotherapy should be introduced early in fit patients with high volume disease, unlike in breast cancer where survival can be prolonged with hormonal treatment.
