What is it about?

Why is it important?

Our findings show that Endoflas-chlorophenol-free paste as a root-canal filling for nonvital primary teeth had good efficacy. Zinc oxide and propolis ZOP is a promising paste with its natural antibacterial component (propolis). Zinc oxide and eugenol ZOE paste had a convergent efficacy to the other pastes.

Perspectives

this study adds zink oxide and propolis ZOP as a new paste (syrian patent) with acceptable clinical and radiographic success. moreover, In this study, the chlorophenol was eliminated for the first time from endoflas composition because it has fixation effect without affecting the efficacy of endoflas paste.
