Why is it important?

We are constantly in search of ways to enhance people's ability and intent to start their own business. In this study, we explore the role played by internships in raising interns' entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy levels.

Perspectives

It is quite surprising to see so few South African universities including internships as part of their curricula, notwithstanding international practices and research evidence to this effect.
