What is it about?
This commentary carefully and critically looks at a previous editorial of the same journal. The editorial of previous issues says a country's policy on alcohol should be scientific. However it also seems to say that if alcohol is too controlled, other 'more dangerous drugs' will take its place! This commentary tries to examine if the editorial is written in a scientific way.

Why is it important?
This commentary tries to show how seemingly credible and scientific writing may not be actually credible or scientific! Novice academic writers may learn critical review skills by reading this commentary. If you are too keen, you can read the response (http://sljpsyc.sljol.info/articles/abstract/10.4038/sljpsyc.v2i2.4041/) from the author of the editorial and decide if the response is more scientific and credible. You can also ponder why a debate was initiated, but then suddenly terminated as well.
