What is it about?
n article the roughness of a surface of castings of the compression molds received by casting under pressure depending on a condition of a form-building surface is considered. Technological process of casting under pressure of the product "Strike plate" is presented, concrete values the technological of parameters are specified. Pilot studies of a roughness of casting throughout the entire period of operation of a compression mold are conducted. On the basis of the received values recommendations about improvement of quality of a surface of castings by drawing sheetings are submitted by phisical vapour deposition method.
