What is it about?
Intrinsic ferromagnetism of the studied GaMnAs layers was confirmed. At the same time, differences in the magneto-optical spectra of the MBE layers and those obtained by laser deposition have been revealed, which indicates electron spectrum features of the latter.

Why is it important?
It has been shown that pulsed laser deposition can be used to fabricate Mn-doped GaAs layers without MnAs inclusions.
Perspectives
In my opinion, we obtained interesting resultsin the process of subsequent investigations of such layers. They will be published in Solid State Physics, 60, is.5 (2018).
