Analysis and prediction of TIG welding of stainless steel is important area of research. We have used integrated optimization approach i.e. RSM and TLBO to predict the desired welding conditions for better weld joint qualities.

Why is it important?
Enhanced weld joint qualities are required for many industrial applications. Multi variant TIG welding is studied and modelled through experiments and analyses. Significant welding conditions are determined. Influences of process conditions on weld quality are explored. desired weld responses are predicted by TLBO.
