What is it about?
BSCF-SDCC composite perovskite coating was investigated a protective coating for interconnect in solid oxide fuel cell to overcome chromium poisoning issue which was a common issue of metallic interconnect such as ferritic stainless steel. It was successfully deposited through electrophoretic deposition method (EPD).

Why is it important?
BSCF perovskite has never been explored as perovskite coating. Now, this paper was focusing on electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method which has also never been studied on BSCF composite perovskite. The interaction between BSCF composite perovskite and EPD was studied.
