What is it about?

Carbon nanomaterials are promising electrocatalyst for energy harvesting, conversion, ans storage. Here, we reported a catbon nanohybrid composed of veritcally aligned N-CNTs and few-layer graphene flakes and the oxygen reduction reaction in acidic, alkaline, and neutral solutions. We try to obtain a new kind of nanostructured carbon hybrid as an electrocatalyst.

Why is it important?

The carbon nanohybrid that has easily been fabricated by chemical vapor deposition was turned out to be a potential electrocatalyst for ORR.
