Why is it important?
Zeolites particles have the potential to be used for biomedical application including targeted drug delivery due to their interconnected network of pores. Our paper highlighted an important preparation technique by changing the crystallization temperature that control pore and can enhance the inhibitory effects of aluminosilicate materials on cancer cells.
Perspectives
I think we can start taking advantage of natural materials and engineer them for various applications. They materials are readily available and easy to harness
