Perspectives
Kathmandu clay is a soft clay with organic content of 4-13%. This soft and compressive nature of clay plays the vital role in designing the foundation of buildings, bridges and other infrastructures and requires the huge amount of capital investment. To address this problem the clay is improved with cement.
