an intelligent detecting and controlling system for automatic assembly force was developed to actualize detecting, analyzing and controlling peg-hole assembly force.

Why is it important?
Firstly, the assembly model was established. Based on this model, the main factors were simulated and analyzed which make great effect on axial force. Then the assembly mechanism, the compliant wrist and the paw were briefly introduced, as well as the function and operational principles of this system. This system has three detecting modes, users can select one from the three in “mode selection”, and they can also set the mode parameters. The hardware and the software were developed. After testing and simulating time and time again, all the modules get high reliability and facticity. At last, the anti-jamming measures were illustrated in the design.
