What is it about?
Pozzolan is a mineral usually used in the manufacture of Portland pozzolan cement (PPC). The characteristics of pozzolan vary from one type to the others. This paper presents an examination of pozzolan reactivity from the point of view strength. Two natural pozzolan and three artificial pozzolan were studied.

The five pozzolan studied show a good pozzolanic reactivity so it is worth considering as a material in the production of PPC.
