What is it about?
Silicate microsheet can be made from Sidoarjo mud and being used as light scatterer in DSSC photoanode. In addition, we incorporate Au nanoparticles to improve light absorbance.

Why is it important?
Our findings show that silicate microsheet can be made from Sidoarjo mud through a facile extraction method. The obtained silicate can further be used as light scatterer in DSSC.
