The determination of the shear modulus for rods with circular and hollow circular cross-sections.

What is it about?

Shear modulus was calculated from relations of the elementary elasticity using the obtained measured values. To experimentally obtain the unit less strain tenzometric sensors connected to half bridge and universal measurement system QuantumX MX840 were used.
