What is it about?
This work consists of studying the formulation of a steel fibers concrete based on local materials (cement, gravel and sand) and studying the effect of fibers. This paper presents a method of strengthen concrete by the percentages steel fibers.

Why is it important?
The objective of this study and to carry out tests to find the best formulation of a metal fiber concrete based on local materials and study the necessary amount of the addition of the latter, to ensure the extension between two materials (flexible-rigid). The results of this study highlighted the improvement of both the mechanical characteristics of the concrete and the problem of cracking between the road and asphalt pavement joints
