Information technologies for knowledge assessment.

What is it about?

Knowledge assessment is an important part of each learning process. It gives feedback for learners and allows to conclude learning results and next steps to undertake to reach their learning goals. As the usage of CAD/CAM systems is important in product development, the learning outcomes should be as good as possible. On the learning process some parts of system usage is hidden from teacher. Therefore knowledge assessment given by IT itself could improve learning process overlooking and managing.

Why is it important?

Findings in the paper shows that well skilled branch professional and CAD/CAM system user should be therefore skilled in two sophisticated areas - beside knowledge about the product development itself, one should be good at the performance within CAD/CAM systems. Therefore system with tracking of system usage process proposed in the paper,
