Night cooling of water in Malaysian climate

What is it about?

Water could be chilled by using the cool night sky in this region and in turn used as a cooling medium for indoor heat exchanger such as radiant panel to provide indoor cooling to an acceptable thermal condition.

Why is it important?

Cooling method of building which is sustainable and environmentally friendly which significantly could reduce energy consumption and reduce carbon footprint
