Perspectives

" The main research question here was why do certain learning style and diaspora student group combinations tend to have lower or higher team project performance. From teacher reflections, we know that we apply western-oriented syllabus structure, content (text books, cases, assessments) and learning objectives. However we felt our non western-style pedagogy methods worked better for these multicultural students, owing in part to our multicultural background and international teaching experience. We wanted to quantify that." (p. 12)
