What is it about?

The chapter shows the important role of communication with its internal public and its customers of companies from industry area, taking into account the continuous change of environment, of supply chain management, of markets, of competition and of human capital behaviour.

Why is it important?

We want to demonstrate that there is a direct and positive connection between e-coomunication, e-recruitment and e-development processes using a mathematical model - a linear regression function.

Perspectives

Using statistical analysis and Excel, we showed that the e-communication process is depending on the two analyzed variable used in this model: e-recruitment and e-development, being very important factors in the evolution of e-communication.
