Why is it important?

Provides levels of nutrient intake and vegetable consumption across race/ethnicities by toddlers. Nutrient intakes exceed recommendations, except for potassium, dietary fiber and vitamin D. Vegetable intake, including consumption of starchy vegetables such as white potatoes, is far below recommendations.
