A genomic approach to investigate expression profiles in Slovenian patients with gastric cancer

What is it about?

A collection of differentially expressed genes in patients with gastric cancer. Using a discovery- driven genomic approach suitable for analyzing clinical samples, we identified global deregulation of several pathways involved in the maintenance of normal gastric homeostasis.
