Why is it important?

The article presents new ethnography, new insights, on the symbolism and cosmology among the Hadza which has not been available for academia before. The impact of the findings exceeds the case of the Hadza since the Hadza as a group has been a reference group in evolutionary science. As such we observe that findings among the Hadza are presented as descriptive of basic human traits. Hitherto, the Hadza have been described as relatively simple in the fields of symbolism, ritual and cosmology. This article attempts to diversify this assumption.
