Perspectives

In every issue of the journal, we have a section called 'Interventions' which reports on what is being said and done in the area of language policy, including summarising or reprinting particularly interesting documents. This issue give a particular focus to the Council of Europe, which is very active, for example in the linguistic integration of adult migrants (language tests for citizenship etc).
