Why is it important?
The volume provides various insights that may be able to explain some features of the recent socio-political and legal developments in the region. Among others the methods of legal theory, social theory, legal anthropology, history of ideas and political philosophy are applied by the authors.
Perspectives
I’m deeply convinced that without an in-depth scholarly discussion the recent events and developments in the region can only be understood in a superficial way.
