What is it about?

Purpose: This study seeks to validate the role of the massive transformative purpose as a key component of the proclaimed firm culture elements. Therefore, the various interpretations of the massive transformative purpose will be examined, considering the main researcher's focus on highlighting the cultural aspect of the construct, which should be further divided into official and unofficial attributes. Methodology: A literature review and critical analysis of academic articles and the blogs of business leaders and consultants in the field of exponential organizations are conducted to uncover significant interpretations of the massive transformative purpose. These interpretations are summarized and categorized into basic nuances and new development streams using the mind-map method. Secondary data analysis and an ethnographic research approach are employed to explore the cultural aspects of the construct based on its meanings.

Why is it important?

Findings: A collection of interconnected interpretations of the massive transformative purpose is established through the literature review and critical analysis of books, scientific articles, and blogs. These interpretations are organized logically and hierarchically using two helpful mind-maps. The identified cultural aspect of the massive transformative purpose is divided into two sections: (1) the first section includes the core meanings of the construct, and (2) the second section contains the newly identified development streams for the construct. Consequently, two new definitions for the massive transformative purpose are proposed, reflecting these sections.
