What is it about?
This research is about the evaluation of toxic metal content in canned sardine fish and its potential human health risk assessment. We considered assessing the non carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk of consistently consuming the canned sardine fish for both children and adults.

Perspectives
The dependence of processed food globally is alarming. So many persons have solely depend on these products as their daily consumption, thereby, exposing themselves to heavy metal poisoning which after a long time accumulation may results to cancer and other diseases.
