What is it about?
With the Analysis of hypertension with artificial neural networks in a sample of people allowed us to diagnose whether they are hypertensive and could be involved in a traffic accident if they are drivers.

Why is it important?
Our study demonstrates that the application of neural networks for the diagnosis of hypertension is a tool to be used in the inspection of passenger bus drivers and to observe their physiological cardiac behaviour in accident prevention.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure, as it has co-authors with whom I have collaborated for a long time. This article also led to me being approached by groups studying other diseases, and ultimately to further involvement in applied research.
