Influence of solvent polarity on the removal of intercalated DMSO in Kaolinite-DMSO complexes.

What is it about?

We carry out a tudy on how the solution polarity influence the removal of intercaalated DMSO from kaolinite-DMSO complexes. To this end we used three differents media having various polarity and we show that the greater the polarity, the more the removal. It is concluded that the used of a particulare media with a given polarity, a control removal can be achieved leading to control composite material making.
