What is it about?

New Chebyshev wavelet methods for finding solutions of linear-quadratic optimal control problems and analysis of linear fractional time-delay systems are presented. The proposed method is applied to fractional optimal control problems and also to more complicated situations in which the problems are subject to some constraints.
