Why is it important?
It is important to enrich poor food products with ingredients that improve their nutritional value. Our research shows that it is possible to change the nutritional composition and bioactive properties of breadsticks by adding carp meat.
Perspectives
We hope that this article will help people understand how important it is to choose functional food products with higher nutritional value, better bioactive properties, and, on top of that, better taste.
