What is it about?
Monitoring and evaluation of climate change initiative impacts remains the main challenges to update and planning climate adaptation very efficiently. Using a novel, coherent and oustanding approach, the paper presents a new integrated socio-ecological indicator-based index that will serve as a benchmark to monitor and assess water resilience to climate change in the Sahelian region.
