This review deals with many facets of mRNA production from laboratory to industrial scale. It addresses formulation and purity considerations of the finalized product as well as modifications on the mRNA molecule itself that make it a viable therapeutic option.

Given the momentum that mRNA therapeutics have gained through their employment as COVID-19 vaccines, this review summarizes what is known so far on mRNA manufacturing and propable future perspectives
Perspectives
Personally it think that this review is a nice primer for whoever is interested in the current mRNA technologies employed, both in the laboratory and the industrial scale.
