What is it about?
This work described the necessary step in introduce small changed in the genetic material (DNA) of stem cells. Compared to previous methods, this work allows for rapid and efficient genetic modification of the cells of interest.

Why is it important?
This work would help other colleagues interested on study study the effect of genetics in patient cells, and use the models that this method can generate to discover potentially new treatments.
Perspectives
This work is relevant for scientists starting to perform genetic analyses and gene editing. Specially for those already working for stem cells, but could be taken as first steps towards genetically engineering other cell types.
