In this review, we address the importance of reporting housing and husbandry conditions so that future research may be more equally replicated.

Why is it important?
The results of this review indicate that in many conditions, housing and husbandry can lead to stress responses. Many times, this goes unreported and is necessary to replicate papers. Here we argue the necessity to report these conditions.
